Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the purchase and delivery of the Life Reinvention Intensive provided by W. Nathanial Walker, operating as W. N. Walker, owned and operated by Business Capital Firm. By purchasing the Intensive you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Description
The Life Reinvention Intensive is a private coaching and strategy service. It includes a pre-session assessment, one private 90 minute strategy session conducted online, a personal and professional life audit, identification of three primary obstacles, a customized 30 day plan, and seven days of private WhatsApp follow up access beginning on the date of the session.
2. Payment
- The fee for the Intensive is $500 USD.
- Payment is processed by PayPal. W. N. Walker does not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Payment is required before scheduling. Sessions are not confirmed until payment clears.
- All purchases are final.
3. Scheduling
- Sessions are scheduled through the Google Calendar booking link provided on the confirmation page.
- Available hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Puerto Vallarta time.
- No appointments are scheduled on Sundays.
- Bookings require a minimum of four hours notice.
- Sessions are conducted online using Google Meet. The meeting link is generated automatically by Google Calendar.
4. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice.
- Sessions may be rescheduled within 30 days of the original payment date.
- Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a missed session.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellations should be communicated at least four hours before the scheduled session.
- Cancellation does not create a right to a refund. See the refund policy below.
6. Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled session, the session is considered delivered and is not refundable. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled end time.
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided after payment.
- Missed sessions are not refundable.
- A refund will be issued if W. N. Walker cancels the session and cannot provide a replacement appointment.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Complete the pre-session assessment before your session.
- Join from a quiet and private location with a stable internet connection.
- Provide accurate information. The quality of the plan depends on the honesty of your input.
- Any decisions or actions you take following the session are your own responsibility.
9. Confidentiality and Its Limitations
Your assessment responses and the content of your session are treated as private and are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that communication with a licensed attorney, physician, or therapist can be. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a credible indication of imminent risk of serious harm to you or another person.
10. Coaching Disclaimer
The Life Reinvention Intensive is coaching and strategy. It is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or tax advice. It does not diagnose or treat any mental health or medical condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
11. No Guaranteed Outcome
No specific result, income, relationship, career, or life outcome is promised or guaranteed. Results depend on your circumstances, your decisions, and your follow through.
12. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, written materials, assessments, and plans provided as part of the Intensive remain the intellectual property of W. Nathanial Walker. They are licensed to you for your personal use. They may not be resold, republished, redistributed, or used to deliver a competing service. Sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, total liability arising from or related to the Intensive is limited to the amount you paid for it. W. Nathanial Walker is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, profits, opportunity, or relationships.
14. Third Party Services
The Intensive relies on PayPal for payment, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Meet for delivery, WhatsApp for follow up, and a form delivery provider for the assessment. Each is governed by its own terms and policies. Interruptions caused by those services are outside our control.
15. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
