Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you use recreate.wnwalker.com and book a Life Reinvention Intensive, how that information is used, and who else handles it. The site is operated by W. Nathanial Walker, owned and operated by Business Capital Firm.
1. Information Collected
- Contact information you provide: name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, city and country, preferred pronouns, age range, and time zone.
- Assessment responses: your written answers about your career, business, relationships, family, identity, lifestyle, location, finances, health routines, purpose, goals, fears, and readiness ratings.
- Scheduling information: the date and time you select and any details you enter into the booking form.
- Session notes: notes taken by W. N. Walker during or after your session for the purpose of preparing your plan.
2. Assessment Responses
Your assessment is intentionally personal. It exists so that your session and your 30 day plan are built around your actual circumstances. Responses are read by W. N. Walker. They are not sold, published, used in marketing, or shared as examples.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by PayPal. Your payment is completed on PayPal systems. W. N. Walker receives confirmation of the transaction and the associated name and email address. Full card numbers and banking credentials are never received or stored by this site.
4. Scheduling and Google Meet
Scheduling is handled through Google Calendar appointment booking. The Google Meet link for your session is generated automatically by Google. Information you enter into the booking page is processed by Google under Google privacy terms.
5. Form Delivery Provider
The assessment form is delivered by a third party form service, FormSubmit, which forwards your submitted answers by email to iam@wnwalker.com. Your responses pass through that provider in the course of delivery and are subject to its own privacy terms.
6. WhatsApp Follow Up
The seven days of follow up take place on WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp and its parent company under their own terms.
7. How Information Is Used
- To prepare for and deliver your private session.
- To build your customized 30 day plan.
- To communicate with you about scheduling, your session, and your follow up week.
- To meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations where required.
8. Data Security
Your information is handled with care and access is limited to W. N. Walker. This site does not operate its own database or member login. Information you submit travels through the third party services named above and is stored in email and in the tools used to prepare your plan. No claim is made that any transmission or storage method is completely secure, and no specific encryption standard is asserted beyond what those third party providers apply on their own systems.
9. No Sale of Personal Information
Personal information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
10. Retention
Assessment responses, session notes, and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet record keeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
11. Your Rights
- Request a copy of the information held about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your assessment responses and session notes.
- Withdraw consent to further contact.
- Ask which third party services processed your information.
Send any of these requests to iam@wnwalker.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable period.
12. Children
This service is intended for adults. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
13. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
